1．Meet the needs of field application

According to the size of the extracted block, if it is less than 6 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 16-18 ton forklift loader. Within 7 cubic meters, it is recommended to use 20-23tons forklift machine; Within 8 cubic meters, it is recommended to use 23-28tons forklift machine  ; For those less than 9-10 cubic meters, it is recommended to use a 28-32 tons forklift machine . For those more than 11 cubic meters, it is recommended to use 45-52 tons forklift loader. When selecting the type of forklift loader, it is necessary to pay attention to the actual performance of the fork machine, and not only look at the manufacturer's tonnage calibration, in case of buying the empty standard tonnage or the fork machine with unqualified technical performance.

2．Reliability of quality

The quality reliability of the forklift loader is directly related to the safety and efficiency of mining. It is mainly to see the actual load of the whole machine and the effectiveness of running brake. Whether the actual load conforms to the requirements of the national standard of the fork machine, that is, according to the different load centers of different tonnage blocks (from 600-1000mm), the block can be effectively raised to 1800mm (the distance between the upper surface of the fork and the ground) under the horizontal state of the fork, which is also the loading height of the block. At the same time, we need to judge from the following aspects: 1. Engine horsepower: the whole machine with rated load of 18-28 tons should match the power of 178KW, 29-32 tons should match the power of 199KW, and over 35 tons should match the power of 247KW. 2, tire specifications: 18-28 tons configuration 26.5 specifications, more than 29 tons to configure 29.5 specifications; 3. The weight of the whole machine should be more than 1.1 times of the rated load; 4. When the fork loader needs to move the waste material on the slope of the mine, and the weight of the waste material is more than 27 tons, the braking system of the whole machine shall adopt the hydraulic wet drive axle system to ensure the effectiveness of the braking system, otherwise there will be the danger of turning over and the whole machine reversing. 5. The gearbox and torque converter of the whole machine with rated load above 18 tons should adopt "fixed shaft type" to guarantee the flexible off-road of the whole machine.

3．The timeliness of after-sales service
